Laura Ellis Barnes was born and raised Houston, Texas. She received a Bachelors of Communication from the University of Oklahoma, where she was also a cheerleader. Laura then went on to study at The Art Institute, where she earned her degree in interior design.

Laura’s personal style is fun and edgy, and her designs are rooted in her commitment to functionality, personality and sophistication.

LEB is a proud mom to her daughter, Blue, with a son on the way. She enjoys working out, leading an active lifestyle, and spending time with her growing family.
